Eric our service advisor was very helpful and thorough in explaining the repairs. The shop in McKinney has always been super nice and ready to help when needed. I hope we don’t need them again, but if we do we will be back. 😁

My experience may be different from others. My 2025 CRV EXL was involved in an accident 05/22/2026 on 380 when a westbound vehicle decided to cut through 5-6 lanes of stopped or slow moving traffic to hit my CRV in the extreme left eastbound and. The impact was the entire left side of my CRV. The car was moved to Crash Champions 05/26/2026 & I first met Eric & his assistance was invaluable. First, we had to deal with the other carriier who slow walked the process for 3 weeks. The damage was significant & from my past experience as an adjuster, it clearly appeared the car was a constructive total loss with the potential of significant salvage value. Eric did an outstanding job of evaluating the damages as well as significant repair time. He prepared this info for the other carrier and after their long delay, they agreed the car was a constructive total loss. However then they advised their insured only had minimum policy limits, $25K & those limits were not sufficient to pay the ACV of the car. Now after their long delay I then had to ask my carrier to assume responsibility for the damages & surrogate the other carrier. Again, Eric took the initive to prepare the damage package fo

Eric provided the best vehicle repair experience I have ever had. From start to finish, his communication was absolutely outstanding. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, providing timely updates and making sure I always knew the status of my vehicle. I never had to wonder what was happening or chase down information—Eric was proactive, professional, and incredibly responsive. What truly set him apart was his commitment to customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in great hands. His attention to detail and dedication to keeping customers informed turned what is usually a stressful experience into a seamless one. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such exceptional communication skills. Thanks to Eric, this was hands-down the best car repair experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, professional, and customer-focused service. Eric if you are reading this thank you!!!

Had to bring my Lexus in for repairs after an accident. Eric was very professional and kept me in the loop with status updates over the course of the repair. The repairs that were recommended to me were very reasonable, and Eric answered all the questions I had during that time frame. Great service, no complaints, would recommend.

Back in 2023, but still makes me feel ripped off and violated... Worst body shop experience I've ever had. I brought an '02 Corvette to them and they tried to give it back to me looking worse than it did with the damage from someone backing into the door and cracking the paint by the door handle and scratching the body side molding. The body side molding was barely on with weird gaps nothing like the other side or original part attached flush and there were ripples and still chip lines in the paint. Adding insult to injury I had to argue with them to get a refund because they didn't really replace all the parts they charged me for. I only noticed by accident because the work was so bad that a real light they claimed to have replaced was epoxied in... They were lile... Oh whoops, we thought we did... Even after bringing it back when I picked it up polishing compound was all over including inside and they didn't remove the masking in my gas cap.. I basically gave up and left taking it as it was....
